Isla Holbox is a small island in the Gulf of Mexico north of the Yucatan Peninsula. A magical place! Why? You can read in the following!
Isla Holbox – the island that…
…grants you refuge, hushes the noise of the world and brings the acquired restlessness to a halt since only the Pisces bestows you selflessly with all the time and space that you need to pause and bethink yourself of yourself again
…gives you the opportunity to drift and dream again like the Pisces always loves to do if the world lets him
…sends you to the meta-level and gives you insight in higher cosmic orders and the synergy of forces so that suddenly you are as wise as the old Dumbledore who probably would be a Pisces himself if he were real
…draws you the most wonderous, pastel-colored pictures, since who can illustrate the world more dreamlike and more beautiful than the Pisces
…inspirits you with comprehension, love, and benevolence until you become like a Pisces yourself
…rocks you gently in the wind and lets you breathe freely again until you feel completely healthy since nobody has a more salutary energy than the Pisces
If Isla Holbox were a living creature…
…then it would be when the sun would rise in the morning a fairylike being. The skin would be delicate and gleaming as if it could rip by the slightest touch. It would float over the world and never touch the earth. On its way all the sorrows of the people who would cross its path would rise up to the creature like evaporating water and the creature would absorb all the sorrows of all the people.
At day’s peak, the being would dissolve and cover the world as a nebula. In the nebula, there would be thunder and lightning until the sorrows would finally ebb away in it. When the sun would set in the evening the being would burst into a sea. Then the people would jump in eagerly to wash away their sorrows and sins again. The being would be every drop and in every drop, in every haze, in every cloud, in every human being, and in every animal. It would be everything and it would be nothing.
Or this sweet, little boy:
If you don’t plan at least one day to swing from one hammock to another, you will miss the magic of this place!!!
